Haha. You have to show me where this contest is going on, and I can't wait to hear whatever insane thing you bust out for it.

I just have a few suggestions:
Start it out strong, end it strong, and make the catchiest freaking chorus you can.

Use at least 2 instruments at the beginning but watch the drums, because if the drums are insane at the start, they'll be boring by the end.

Slide. Don't force it, though. I'd say sliding is an easy and less messy way to do pitch drops, and if you do want a dramatic pitch drop, throw the slide down multiple octaves, since the note won't matter anyway, and keep the slide short, but not too short.

Last, take something you like and run with it. Go back after it's done and modify minor things, and let a lot of people hear it and comment before you submit it. Sound Cloud is perfect for that.

Good luck, eh.

Holy crap, almost clicked "Ban user" instead of respond. lol.

Okay. I actually am using a lot of sliding in this song, as well as a lot of drums. One thing I'm doing to get the most effect out of my song is to have it played at 280BPM. It's twice what I usually use, but it's freaking fun to work on.
