Well, it happened last month. To quote, the email I received read:
"Hi Retroman,
I work for a little company called Gamelearn. We're currently building a semi-educational game for the national center of missing and exploited children to do with internet safety. After speaking with Josh about using my song and letting him use it for the product without demanding any sort of monetary incentive, I decided I didn't need to produce anything anymore since I had accomplished that much. Anyway, that's changed now.
